Timber Ridge Golf Club- This is one of northern Wisconsin's best courses! Friendly, helpful staff. Meticulously maintained course. Excellent golf experience for the price. Fairly easy course to walk, only a few hilly holes.
Jim's tips: Don't "attack" this course. It has a tendency to be unforgiving. Quite a few tight fairways lined by mature pines and hardwoods. Focus more on shot placement than distance. If you want to test your "long drive" capability, do it on hole #'s 4,7,8,10,18. Greens are consistent. Toughest green to read: #14. It's difficult to "stick" your chip on that one, too.
